Apaper Tube

Paper tubes are made using plies of brown Kraft or paperboard. These tubes are also known as spiral-wound paper cores, and fiberboard cores. It has different layers such as innermost layer or ply, the liner, and the outermost layer and the wrap. Each layer is made with different materials. Specialised paper is used to provide water resistance, graphics or labeling. Types of paper tubes A paper tube company is typically engaged in providing two types of paper tubes i.e. spiral wound and convolute or parallel wound paper tubes. Convolute wound tubes are used in applications requiring high bend strength, crush resistance and dynamic strength.       A spiral wound tube has ply or plies wrapped around at an angle to the axis of the tube. A convolute tube has two outer edges of paper stripped wrapped aroundly in parallel or a 90-degree angle to the tube‘s axis. Shapes of paper tubes A majority of paper tubes have a cylindrical shape or a round cross-section. However these paper tu
